Assist Director in managing operational aspects of Seller Central, Amazon’s third-party marketplace, with a focus on catalog management and improving client profitability.

 

Core responsibilities:

  • New item set-ups
  • Product detail page maintenance and search term optimization
  • FBA inventory tracking and shipment reconciliation/reimbursements
  • FBA fee review and reimbursement requests
  • Resolve shipping and customer service issues
  • Work with clients to clear stranded inventory
  • Assist clients in managing overall account health metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of e-commerce experience, with at least 1 year working on Amazon Seller Central specifically
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage time well
  • Must be able to research Amazon’s extensive knowledge database to determine best course of action to resolve issues
  • Advanced excel skills, well-developed organizational and communication skills
