Assist Director in managing operational aspects of Seller Central, Amazon’s third-party marketplace, with a focus on catalog management and improving client profitability.
Core responsibilities:
- New item set-ups
- Product detail page maintenance and search term optimization
- FBA inventory tracking and shipment reconciliation/reimbursements
- FBA fee review and reimbursement requests
- Resolve shipping and customer service issues
- Work with clients to clear stranded inventory
- Assist clients in managing overall account health metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience, with at least 1 year working on Amazon Seller Central specifically
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage time well
- Must be able to research Amazon’s extensive knowledge database to determine best course of action to resolve issues
- Advanced excel skills, well-developed organizational and communication skills
