We are growing our Application Implementation and Support team and looking for a Support Analyst to join us in our mission. Our support team partners with our product and business teams to ensure the reliability and efficacy of workflow applications. As an integral member of our team, you would be on the front line - bringing user issues to resolution and helping to develop best practices for monitoring and alerting, with a focus on our core values of Getting Stuff Done, Innovation, and Building Trust.
How you can make a difference
During your first year, you can expect the following professional challenges:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our workflow applications; ranging from user access management to feature bugs
- Communicate issues to stakeholders (clinical, technical, and business operators) and escalate as necessary to efficiently resolve
- Partner with application developers to diagnose and execute on bug fixes
- Curate a breadth of knowledge regarding our workflow applications and provide cross-application impact assessments for new features
Skills for success
As a successful VillageMD Application Support Analyst, you possess:
- Strong communication skills with a focus on consistent and timely follow-up and follow-through, and an innate ability to build trust with users
- A desire to be accountable for owning problems from identification to resolution
- A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative, “outside the box” solutions
- You have an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
- You are self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A low ego and humility; an ability to gain trust through effective communication and doing what you say you will do
Experience to drive change
- 2+ years full-time experience, technical support role preferred
- Salesforce experience required - experience as an administrator preferred
- SQL experience preferred
- Track record of provider excellent customer support
- Ability to evaluate languages and tools to effectively solve problems
- Excitement and passion for being part of a close-knit, entrepreneurial team
- Bonus if you have experience with any of the following:
- Python, Apex, JavaScript
- Clinical and financial healthcare data
