Your role in helping us shape the future:
Provide prompt and accurate support to Intelsat users, employing a high degree of customer service and technical expertise. Use various techniques for resolving problems while adhering to established standards. Escalate trouble tickets as necessary to specialized staff for resolution. Have constant interaction with customers using patience and problem management techniques and follow through on resolution.
Are you up to the challenge?

• Join a dedicated IT infrastructure team that is tasked with implementing new and exciting technologies that drive our business efficiencies and support our employees and customer revenue stream.
• Become the first level of technical support and interact with customers and personnel for any IT-related matters such as issues regarding computer hardware, applications, networks and operating systems, remotely via email and phone, or at the office.

You should definitely have:

• 1 years of IT experience
• Systems Administration experience on Windows 10 and macOS
• Understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Smartphone support
• Experience in the first level support of laptop and desktop computers, smartphone, and printer issues and responding to customer requests for support via telephone, e-mail, or walkups
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and maneuver a cart laden with computer desktops/laptops/monitors

It would be nice if you had:

• Strong macOS experience
• Certifications in Windows 7, 8 or 10, Network+, and/ or Microsoft Server Technologies
