Associate Account Coordinator

SpotHero is seeking a sharp, highly organized problem solver to help our Sales Operations Team implement changes to the catalog of data listed on our online platform. This position is vital to the success of our operations; whether it’s building out parking facilities on our back-end or researching and gathering data on the parking world, your work will impact every aspect of our sales operations. What will you do?
- Work on the Account Coordinator team to manage and create consumer-facing content.
- Assist our Account Executives, Marketing Team, and Customer Heroes with various tasks, ranging from fact checking to data pulling in support of sales operations.
- Proofread and edit web content for style and grammar errors.
- Manage our rates and pricing to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
- Tackle projects big and small as requested.

Pre-Requisites:
- 0-2 years experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success.
- Efficient and highly skilled in Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive.
- Salesforce or other CRM software experience preferred but not required.
