Role Description
The Associate Clinical Services is a key contributor to the Behavioral Health and Telehealth program. Under direction from the Sr. Director of Clinical Services, the associate will support a number of mission critical initiatives including but not limited to: development of the telehealth program, coordination of behavioral health enrichment and development efforts, supporting clinical services programming, and supporting clinical services initiatives in expanding behavioral health. This role will provide valuable leverage to many clinical related projects, designed to benefit our patients, and improve the provider experience.
Responsibilities

  • Support clinical projects being led by the Sr. Director of Clinical Services; includes but is not limited to behavioral health, telehealth and clinical services program advancement, etc.
  • Manage multiple project plans to ensure efforts stay on track for deadlines and prepare updates and read-out on project progress
  • Manage technology, dashboards and metrics related to the Clinical Services and partner with the program director to seek opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other Treehouse employees and clinic teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
  • Works closely with Regional Development and Marketing representatives to market and successfully sell programs and services to partners throughout the Oak Street Health network and beyond.
  • Monitors and evaluates consumer and clinician experience related to direct-to-consumer care, including care coordination, chronic care management, wearable device management, and other applications of care as developed.
  • Local and regional travel may be required infrequently.


This role reports to the Sr. Director of Clinical Services.
What we're looking for
We're looking for motivated, experienced Associate Clinical Operations with:

  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, group facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to exceed in a fast-paced environment while sifting through details quickly and staying focused on goals and deliverables
  • Ability to strive in a matrix organization and desire to continually demonstrate teamwork and embrace opportunities to collaborate
  • A flexible and positive attitude, oriented toward accountability


Minimum requirements:

  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in healthcare operations preferred, but not required
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Chicagoland visiting & working with our clinics
  • US work authorization
