The Role:

As the Associate Director, Strategy & Operations, Revenue, you will report to our General Manager of Lending and own the lending business revenue strategy. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts and be responsible for revenue planning and product pricing, operational effectiveness in all our business revenue programs, driving business critical insights and enhancements through performance reporting and analytics, and ensuring cross functional alignment on execution and revenue goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Track business KPIs in all revenue programs and streams and present to the leadership team while owning the evaluation and prioritization of revenue opportunities for the consumer lending business.
• Collaborate with partners in Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Legal and Finance to deliver revenue goals with data driven and customer first logic.
• Own all aspects of revenue opportunities across lending products, including acquisition, retention, forecasting and pricing strategies.
• Manage a team of analysts that are aligned to a business revenue program, mentoring each team member to become an expert in the key metrices of their business.
• Partner closely with our Data team to translate business KPIs into reality using analytical rigor, data engineering technologies and relentlessly automating reporting with dashboards.
• Be an expert in the lending domain and stay up-to-date on the state of the industry, trends, challenges and key players.

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years of professional experience in a related field(consulting, business operations, strategy, analytics, investment banking).
• 3+ years of experience in building and leading diverse and high-performing teams.
• Skilled at developing data-driven business cases to support complex strategic decisions utilizing business performance reporting.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into concrete action plans.
• Versatile and able to shift seamlessly from big picture strategic thinking to detailed operations and tactical execution.
• High degree of proficiency using data to identify opportunities and optimize business. performance; familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools.
• World-class interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross functional team towards the common goal.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience in the financial services/fintech/consumer lending industry is a plus.
• Previous P&L responsibility for a line of business.
• Proven ability to deliver high caliber results no matter the obstacles or degree of difficulty.
