Rightpoint is seeking a high-performing Audit & Compliance Manager with a penchant for process improvement, communication, and boots on the ground roll up your sleeve’s success.  

As an Audit & Compliance Manager, you will manage the audit pipeline, engage with Genpact Internal and external audit, and plan, scope, execute and report on the audit outcomes. You will also work with each Rightpoint plan owner (HR, IT, Finance/Payroll, Operations) to assess their remediation and closure of identified issues and communicate these outcomes to Genpact Audit. 
You will provide consultative support and guidance on corrective compliance actions to team owners, identify opportunities for control improvements, enhancements to their overall compliance level, and develop mitigating and improvement plans.
 
You will also consult with teams (HR, IT, Finance/Payroll, Operations) to develop gap remediation strategies and the build-out of sustainable and systematic solutions. You will work effectively in a team environment and, as an individual contributor.

 

What You’ll do and the Impact You’ll Make:  

  • Lead Rightpoint audit engagements as directed by the Genpact Internal Audit team. 
  • Lead Rightpoint communications with Genpact Internal and External Audit Teams (aligning on annual timelines, meeting cadence, contributors needed in meetings, outcomes/agendas).
  • Work with Genpact Internal Audit to conduct gap analysis and due diligence on controls, implementing compliance and privacy frameworks to address shortcomings. 
  • Revise, enhance, and/or develop new policies, standards, processes, and best practices to be adopted through effective change management. 
  • Develop implementation strategies and roadmaps to achieve compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Identify, implement, and utilize platforms and tools to establish risk management controls.
  • Manage and assist with gathering all necessary supporting documentation and evidence. 
  • Partner with consultants outside of RP/Genpact to assist with compliance-related activities 

 

What We’d Like to See: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of SOX auditing or public accounting experience.
  • Enjoys working effectively and cohesively with diverse personalities and multicultural differences. 
  • Eager to learn new technologies, auditing, business processes, IT system implementation, and project management. 
  • Experience aligning corporate, enterprise IT organizations with compliance and privacy frameworks like HITRUST, GDPR, CCPA, SOC2.
  • Strong attention to details & takes ownership of responsibilities to ensure critical deadlines are met.
  • Experience leading and deploying end-to-end compliance/privacy solutions including strategy and road mapping, policy design, development, implementation, adoption, and enforcement.
  • Understanding of high-level application, database, cloud, and network security principles for risk identification, mitigation, and analysis.
