Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking a Scrum master to join the Azure Cloud Team. The scrum master will be responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. Duties:
- Act as the point of contact for Capability team engagement across multiple Azure Demands
- Cross-agile team collaboration and communications
- Responsible for understanding the scope of delivery, assist with story creation
- Responsible for understanding the scope of demand, assist in coordinating initial meeting with business and update demand requirements
- Guides the Agile team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint
- Escalate and track impediments
- Coordinate and run Program increment planning
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings
Basic Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years of practical Agile experience, practicing Scrum Master, or a combination of both
- Scrum Master certification
- 2+ years of change management experience
- Experience working with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)
