Are you looking to create and lead a team of motivated and excited Brand Ambassadors for a rapidly growing brand? If so...you might be a fit for our phenomenal Brand Ambassador team! Home Chef is looking for a Brand Ambassador Manager to form, manage, and grow a team of Ambassadors nationwide. The Brand Ambassador Manager will create a program from the ground up, and will look for Ambassadors who want to promote our meal kits in grocery stores and connect customers with our brand. We are looking for outgoing, strategic, and professional leaders to be the point person for our Ambassadors, as well as discovering how we can constantly be improving our program. Develop Home Chef’s Brand Ambassador Program
- Develop, route coverage, scheduling, in-store tasks
- Establish a recurring feedback and planning schedule with store leadership
- Onboard and train Brand Ambassadors by leading training sessions and creating relevant documentation and strategy
- Ensure the Ambassadors are set up for success and motivated to be spreading the word about Home Chef!
Manage Brand Ambassadors team to ensure successful in-store execution
- You are the primary point of contact for Ambassadors and escalation from the store managers
- Track the success of in-store Brand Ambassador campaigns by having regular check-ins with ambassadors at a regular cadence
- Manage expenses and agreements related to the program Semi frequent in-store visits to audit and develop the program
Act as a liaison between the Brand Ambassadors and Home Chef’s larger team
- Resolve potential issues, bring forward opportunities, and broadcast wins with internal stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the program meets Home Chef’s goals along with the goals of the stores
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Brand Ambassador manager or field marketing manager
- Experience in executing Brand Ambassador strategy at a Food or CPG brand with a physical footprint is a plus, but not required
- Strong time management and organization skills - with ability to manage long-term projects with various deadlines and key deliverables throughout
- Results driven, creative problem solver with a desire to get things done by utilizing out of the box thinking and a diverse set of resources
- Collaborative and excited to work with cross-functional teams
- Intellectually curious, independent self-starter, driven to find data-informed solutions
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitask & prioritize assignments
