Resurrection Life Center, part of Ascension Living, is seeking a dynamic Business Office Manager to join the team! This faith-based community is ideally located on a beautiful campus near major expressways in northwest Chicago, and offers skilled nursing care, memory care and short-stay rehabilitation.

What You Will Do
 

Manage monthly financial information for Ascension Living facility.

  • Prepare monthly resident statement data for billing.
  • Implement the timely mailing and delivery of financial statements.
  • Collect and enter level of care changes and billing data from all ministry departments.
  • Process private pay and co-insurance billing.
  • Oversee the accounts payable bi-weekly processing and prepares requested checks.
  • Maintain Resident Trust fund and provides regulatory monthly reconciliations.
  • Receive deposits and acknowledges memorial monies and donations; compiles reports accordingly.

What You Will Need
 

.Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

 

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
