We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team at Kalderos. Kalderos builds solutions that address some of the most complicated systems in healthcare, and we’re looking for someone to help tell the story of how our solutions help simplify these systems.
As our Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving new initiatives to improve operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional experience to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong business acumen who is able to work cross-functionally in order to accomplish team goals and objectives.
What impact you’ll have
Partner with other teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, product, to help them execute on important strategic initiatives and drive operational scale and efficiency.
Optimize the execution of the commercial organization through the scaling of best in class technologies, processes, and learnings to fuel a high-performance commercialization team at Kalderos.
Design and implement the business and operational systems, tools, and processes that make Kalderos tick. Create organizational buy-in among Kalderos team members; Outline project plans for implementation and post-implementation best practices and execute against the plan with excellence
Perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions for Kalderos; Develop models to inform executive thinking around new processes and initiatives
Assist with special financial and business-related analyses
Assist in opportunity pipeline management; work with sales and marketing teams involved in proposing, selling, and forecasting new business. Coordinate monthly pipeline reviews to ensure efficient execution across the team to sell to prospects and current customers
Scan business/industry trends; scan competitive landscape; analyze consumer data
Interpret data based on specific knowledge of statistics and procedures used
Facilitate workout problem-solving sessions with multiple groups of people
Billing/Invoicing; Ensure billing, accounting, and receivables teams all get accurate data feeds to track revenue and fees.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related fields
4+ years of experience in the areas of business operations, finance and/or operations in small-to-mid scale Saas/Platform organizations
4+ years of strong Excel experience and the ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Experience implementing and training internal team members on software offerings and creating organizational buy-in
Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative and analytical skills
Proven experience optimizing and streamlining business processes for a Saas/Platform business
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions; Strong structured problem-solving skills
Strong ability to influence without authority
Ability to think strategically and execute with a high degree of precision
