Business Operations Manager

Forager is growing and building something incredibly complex. Due to this growth, we’ve created a new role, Business Operations Manager, to run point on various cross-functional initiatives in the organization. Reporting to our COO, the Project Manager Business Operations will help design, execute and manage some of Forager’s initiatives. Together, we will help the organization run effectively and meet its goals and objectives.

Your Impact:

• Work from project inception through go-live or project implementation; create project plans and communicate status to leadership team
• Deliver projects on time and in budget
• Prepare business cases, project plans, status updates, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Evaluate business and customer needs
• Build relationships proactively and positively across all levels
• Make appropriate recommendations to leadership about people, process or technology
• Implement project management technology throughout the organization. Consult with Foragers on its use, best practices and provide training
• Project scope work through interviews, research and prepare project proposals
• Form project teams and see that responsibilities are assigned and the execution of tasks are completed on time
• Guide transition from project completion to business operational reality

• Project management certifications a plus (PMP, CSM, etc.), or the desire to pursue one
• Experience with project management technology a plus
• Spanish speaking a plus
