Business Operations Team Lead
The Business Operations Team Lead is accountable for planning, execution, and evaluation of internal efforts to support cross-department strategic change initiatives. This role is both a people leader and an individual contributor involved in multiple projects at once. The person in this role is expected to perform duties with a high degree of independence, initiative and judgment, report on and communicate efforts and outcomes, and build trust and relationships across the organization in order to partner effectively and win as a team.

Responsibilities
- Leads the Business Operations team, providing effective administration, maintenance, and evaluation of the Business Operations portfolio.
- Assists in evaluating and designing strategy to achieve company growth goals in revenue, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drives the design, implementation, completion, transition, and measurement of initiatives that support Origami's strategic goals.
- Designs and maintains standard operating procedures and best practices for organizational change and project execution.
- Collaborates with project sponsors to understand the vision, cost, benefit, obstacles, and major milestones for all cross-departmental initiatives.
- Communicates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive transparency, engagement, alignment, and business results.
- Collaborates with vendors and/or strategic partners in the design, implementation and deployment of projects.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements third-party technology to achieve organizational objectives.
- Responsible for daily performance management of team members.
- Performs team member review, evaluation, and compensation processes.
- Accountable for the team's success.
- Additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, education or applicable program required.
- MBA or master's level degree a plus.
- At least 5 years of proven track record of driving strategic initiatives to completion in support of organizational goals.
- Passionate about learning and utilizing new technologies to drive metrics-driven business strategy for better client and colleague experiences.
- Risk and insurance industry experience a plus.
