Prevail is looking for a Chief of Staff! We are excited about the opportunity to change the way that individuals access health and wellness programs – which is no easy task!

We are looking for someone with entrepreneurial experience, who is ready to take on an exciting new challenge working in extremely close proximity to the Founder and CEO.  This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is one day thinking of starting their own business and to see as well as contribute to decisions and strategy throughout the growth of the business. This will be a true ‘stretch role’, and as such, the right candidate will be extremely smart, self-motivated and ready for a challenge.

We’ve spent a bunch of time clinically validating the model and figuring out how to make it work with real people (think clinical trials, working through the government sales cycle, and other painful stuff), and now it is time to get to the fun stuff and scale the technology out.  Our platform is very mature (and extremely well built) at this point and we know what gets users to do it, so it’s really just a matter of taking it to the next level.  This role will be working to help the CEO direct tasks, ensure tangible outcomes, and keep the ship running in the right direction at the right speed. The COS will be the go between for the CEO to the Product, Development, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

As Chief of Staff, you will:

• Do anything and everything possible to make the CEO’s job easier
• Live and embody the mission and ideals that the company was founded upon
• Be the first one in and the last one out, supporting and enabling the team to solve problems as we grow and scale
• Act as the office administrator helping all team members to organize themselves and best focus on their own KPIs and deliverables
• Lead the hiring, interview, and onboarding process
• Support any operations tasks needed to ensure the culture and environment is ideal for outcomes
• Occasional client facing work supporting the CEO in examining contracts and agreements
• Helping to refine and hone in on product-market fit
• Support any Finance tasks as needed
• Be an evangelist for the company in general

You should get in touch if you have:

• Have an MBA, MPH, or similar degree
• Comfortable with understanding the unique needs of an entrepreneur and CEO with highest level of empathy
• Have 3+ years of experience, preferably in fast-paced, challenging environments; former entrepreneur experiences are advantageous
• Passion and / or understanding of Navy’s management principles
• Love to tinker around and iterate with everything striving for perfection
• Comfortable with directing orders and leading a team to outcomes
• Deeply cares for and wants to make a positive impact in the mental health arena
• Enjoys educating co-workers about cool new technology
