Chief of Staff
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team at Snapsheet!
As the Chief of Staff at Snapsheet you will work hand-in-hand with the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer to bring the industry-leading strategy for virtual claims processing to markets around the world. You will continue to develop the playbook for international expansion and then implement in multiple markets worldwide. You will have a front-row seat and play a leading role in how a successful startup makes decisions and executes on the next phase of strategy and growth.
As Chief of Staff, you will travel with the Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder coordinating and documenting project implementation and processes acting as an advisor while executing on strategy. As a project leader, you will ensure a seamless launch of our global software platform. As a thought partner, you will act as the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer's right-hand playing a key role in brainstorming and identifying solutions to challenges across the organization.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills to create clear process documentation, design and deliver presentations on behalf of the company, and smoothly partner with international clients and our executive team. Problem-solving skills will be critical to uncovering roadblocks while your instinct to act will ensure you execute solutions quickly and effectively. Power to influence will allow you to not only build our strategy but keep our leaders progressing toward success. Responsibilities of the Chief of Staff:
- Assist the Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder to manage the execution of the next phase of our global expansion strategy by coordinating software implementation from start to finish.
- Manage a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects such as implementation strategy, product definition, assessment of resources, etc.
- Act as an advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer to identify priorities, align their time for execution, and revisit regularly to assess progress.
- “Manage up” to share timely and meaningful feedback with the Founders and other leaders in the company to meet goals and execute on strategic initiatives, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
- Efficiently manage each project ensuring all internal and external parties are aligned and progressing.
- Partner with tech to ensure a smooth evolution from current software to a version that meets international expansion needs.
- Act as a partner to our clients understanding their problems, solving them, and reporting on the successes.
- Oversee meeting preparation and planning for Board of Directors; support Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder in managing interactions with board.
- Provide communications support: drafting emails, reports, memos, presentations, and/or social media posts.

Qualifications & Experience for the Chief of Staff:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a consultant or in a similar role
- Required travel internationally up to 20%-40% of the time (more if desired)
