The Relativity Trace Director of Startegy and Operations is responsible for assisting the GM in driving our long-term strategy within Relativity Trace. The Director works alongside the GM and the Strategy team to own our execution framework, departmental OMS, and work on critical strategic and operational challenges. A key component will be working with the C-level team, adding rigor, analytics, and structure to all projects. This role will require you to react and improvise as necessary, working autonomously to complete both well-defined and largely undefined projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead short-term and long-term strategic planning efforts, helping develop the 5 year vision for Trace and how we are deliver against that vision
• Drive ad-hoc strategic projects across product, sales, and marketing
• Manage the rhythm of the week,month, and year for the Relativity Trace team
• Help manage OKRs for the Team
• Manage our pipeline and related reporting/analytics
• Support our recruiting efforts as we quickly scale the Relativity Trace Team
• Work with Sales Operations to adapt our existing process to the specifics of the Trace commercial model

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years in a management consulting or similar role
