What is a Claims Manager of Strategic Partnerships?
The Claims Manager of Strategic Partnerships, will lead the engagement between Clearcover employees and strategic partners that support the long term objectives of the claims organization. This role will lead all due diligence, contracting, implementation and performance management activities for major partners.

What will you do?

• Facilitate cross-company collaboration with partners in the development of business requirements, policies and procedures
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape in the areas of roadside assistance, glass replacement, third party claims administration and third party technology providers for claims
• Develop performance SLAs and drive partner commitment to and maintenance of outstanding performance
• Assist in the resolution of partner service issues
• Main point of contact for partner implementation and feature development
• Ensure the Claims team meets its critical objectives and key results through the implementation and management of key partner technologies and services
• Conduct market scanning and competitive analysis 
• Select vendors based on objective criteria
• Negotiate & Renegotiate partner contracts
• Assure partner compliance with contract performance
• Assure that partners maintain compliance with Clearcover’s privacy and security standards
• Work with Legal Department as to claims related vendors in the litigation space

What do you need? 

• Bachelor's Degree, or commensurate work experience
• Experience in either physical damage or bodily injury claims
• Experience with claims related technology for national claims program
• Balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the business
• Capable of writing with impact
• Ability to manage performance and motivate third parties
• Exceptional interpersonal skills 
• Influence decisions cross-functionally and among executive leadership
• Strong project management experience
