Position Summary:
The Client Advisory Manager will focus on creating and executing on innovative product / solution ideas with a relentless focus on quality, process, repeatability, effectiveness and efficiency. Candidates need to bring strong, engineering oriented thinking with the right mix of communication, analytical and leadership skills. Candidates will work with cross functional teams to build and roll out solutions that deliver value to the firm's clients. This person will report to the President and is a crucial member of the team that leads the company. The Client Advisory team will report to this individual, with a dotted line to Business Development and Client Advisory.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide product management leadership to support refined and continuous product strategy and vision
  • Listen to the market's business problems and develop / enhance product portfolio in pursuit of broad market opportunities
  • Understand our business and the marketplace to innovate and build new offerings
  • Hire, develop and manage a team of product to deliver on the firm's value proposition to the market
  • Maintain industry exposure through industry group meetings and other forums.
  • Provide market intelligence monitoring and synthesis to the management and Pareto product team.
  • Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and the team you supervise


Requirements
Successful Professionals will have the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field. An advanced degree in business, IT or healthcare is preferred
  • Ten plus years of healthcare / IT consulting product management and, with at least three years of leading cross-functional teams. Healthcare experience is required, with an emphasis on payor section preferred
  • Analytics platform product development experience is a must
  • Practical understanding and experience operationalizing a team.
  • Experience with Agile, with SCRUM experience ideal
  • Proven track record of taking new products from inception through development and successful commercialization.
  • Experience interacting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiasm to continue learning, challenging, and enhancing existing strategic solutions is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Logical and structured thinker.
  • Sound understanding of business fundamentals.
  • Comfortable adapting in an entrepreneurial environment.
