bswift is currently seeking an Analyst to join our growing team at our headquarters in Downtown Chicago. The Analyst will mainly be responsible helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services.

 

Responsibilities of the Analyst:

· Serve as first level system support for each assigned Channel Partner

· Troubleshoot client tickets and emails ensuring issues are corrected, tested and results communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.

· Support Channel Partner ongoing processes (resolution of data discrepancies, file failures between bswift and external vendors: insurance carriers, Third Party Administrators, and payroll/HRIS systems, etc...)

· Support Channel Partner to configure client websites on bswift's software (including: benefit plan rules, details, process, text and documents) with updates for client's annual OE and other changes throughout the year.

· Contribute to smooth and efficient internal operations by being a liaison to different departments.

· Conduct regression testing to discover software enhancements or needs.

· Import data into system as needed and assist with ad hoc client projects.

· Prepare employee and employer communication documents.

· Support Call Center for specific clients and their employees.

· Assist Channel Partner with any data discrepancies with external vendors.  

 

Required Qualifications of the Analyst:

·1+ years of professional client facing experience.

· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products, Internet Explorer

· Extensive experience with databases, as well as data interpretation and data manipulation

· Knowledge of managed care products including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Part D

· Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll HRIS or related software.

 

Education:

· Bachelor's degree is required
