The Role

The Client Experience Trainer educates our clients and internal team on solutions built in the Fusion Framework® which leverages the Force.com cloud platform. The goal of this role is to contribute to the development of people's technical knowledge and skills to increase solution usage and adoption. You must be enthusiastic, high energy, and able to explain complex topics in a clear and interesting way.

Responsibilities

  • Create training schedules and class agendas
  • Prepare training material (presentations, workbooks, etc.)
  • Execute training sessions via webinars and workshops for individuals or groups
  • Ensure quality and consistency of courses
  • Compile data on completed classes, attendance, issues, etc.
  • Evaluate survey data to determine course effectiveness and make improvements where necessary
  • May arrange and conduct onsite training when needed

Education, Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, Instructional Design, or equivalent
  • Salesforce.com certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a technical trainer
  • Knowledge of current training methodologies and tools for adult learners
  • Strong functional and technical understanding of Cloud Computing concepts and SaaS platforms 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter, working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, ambiguous, dynamic environment
  • Salesforce.com or Force.com experience preferred
