The Client Implementation Supervisor will ensure Echo's Financial Operations excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions that reduce overall financial life cycle for the business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate resolution and task completion for Client Implementation Coordinators
• Partner with internal business units to identify client billing process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance to solutions and perform quality assurance audits on newly implemented accounts
• Identify client billing automation opportunities; implement automation processes
• Create client billing training content and client billing resources for internal business units
