Client Services Associate (Spanish or Portuguese Speaking Ideal)
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we are looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Agency Services team. If you are excited by technology that has the power to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions per second; collect tens of billions of events each day; and evaluate thousands of data-points in real-time all while responding in just a few milliseconds, then IAS is the place for you!
Client Service Associate are challenged with ensuring flawless campaign execution and partner operation. CSAs work strategically to optimize partner performance in real-time, while focusing on implementation with partners. CS Associates are responsible for consulting buy-side clients, campaign setup, tag trafficking, QA, troubleshooting, optimizations, and product input.
What you’ll do:
- Implementation of client campaigns
- Monitoring and optimizing partner performance
- Supporting clients and partners with all implementation issues
- Educating clients and partners on IAS processes
Who you are and what you have:
- Bachelors degree in any field; marketing or advertising is preferred
- Ideally prior experience within digital advertising - strong internships will be considered
- Attention to detail
- A willingness to grow into a Client Services Role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Self-starter
- Technically minded
- Ability to multi-task
