The Impact You Will Make
You are a talented Client Success Manager who loves to help others and enjoys building client relationships. You will be the primary contact for new clients and will be responsible for managing their initial experience with the company and the initial launch of their meal program. You are capable of interfacing with stakeholders of all levels via phone and in-person meetings in order to understand clients’ needs and ensure solutions are in place to accomplish their goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execution of client training and other onboarding tasks, ensuring successful launch and client's ability to independently manage their program
- Demonstration of follow through with clients to hold them accountable as they adapt to new technology and processes
- Monitoring new client performance and addressing any open issues to ensure timely resolution and great experience
- Engaging with customer stakeholders to quickly understand their business and technical goals for using our products
- Maintaining expert level product knowledge of existing and new features and functionality
- Documentation of client feedback and themes to support ongoing process and product enhancement efforts
- Liaising with internal departments to determine best solutions to meet clients’ needs
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B Account Management, Client Success, or Client Training role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems
- You’re resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
- Exceptionally detail oriented and can multi-task in your sleep
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change and thrives in a fast paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus)
- Experience with Zendesk and Client Success tools (ChurnZero, Gainsight, Salesforce) is a plus
