We’re a scrappy organization with rapid growth across all teams, and we need a passionate, exceptionally talented Client Success Manager to join us. We’re looking for the best-in-class in CS talent – who has experience working for a fast growing CPG brand. This position is accountable for the long term growth of existing retail partnerships and revenue streams which includes achieving sales objectives for existing retail business, developing partner specific growth plans and managing partnership growth against the P&L. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience building and managing a CS team for a rapidly growing CPG brand. 

Responsibilities

  • Build out best-in-class CS Retail and Partnership team
  • Management of total retail portfolio including achieving revenue, profit and volume targets while meeting account service expectations
  • Construct customer business plans with key strategies to sustain growth, including working directly with finance to build out partnership P&Ls
  • Responsible for including and engaging Farmer’s Fridge leadership and external stakeholders for feedback and alignment on customer business plans
  • Review and evaluate performance in achieving sales and execution objectives for each partner 
  • Build and manage a team to support the growth of the retail channel, including merchandising strategies across partners and regions
  • Increase alignment and strategic relevance between major customers and Farmer’s Fridge priorities
  • Plan for, participate in, and support trade shows, trade events and major sales events

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Client Success experience specifically within retail/CPG - fresh food experience is a plus
  • Experience carrying and hitting a quarterly sales quota
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Storyteller who distills complex topics and information into concise, powerful messages
  • Strong organizational, tactical, and business cadence skills 
  • Results-oriented, you get things done and move boulders
  • Data-driven with P&L experience
