Shiftgig, one of Chicago’s high-growth tech companies, is actively hiring Client Success Representatives to provide day to day support to Shiftgig clients. This individual will work closely with our sales team to ensure our client's needs and expectations are met

What you'll do:

• Act as liaison between Hiring Team and Shiftgig Experiential, assigning recruiting initiatives accordingly

• Act as on-site manager for high profile events as needed

• Develop strong relationships with both clients and Specialists

• Ensure successful service delivery through operational execution, constant communication and client advocacy

• Set up and onboard new clients

• On-going training and support for client app usage

• Manual order entry, change management, cancellations

• Monitor automated order entry for compliance

• Set up and edit order templates

• Pull levers to fill shifts following defined rules of engagement

• Become a compliance expert on all accounts in your book of business and work with Operations team to be sure all services are set up correctly

• Record and manage customer communication in CRM

• Become an expert in all systems used to support the client

• Transparency with the customer on a regular basis if we will be able to accommodate their orders - In advance

• Manage logistics of large orders for Specialists on behalf of clients

• Utilize technology platforms to fill client orders in an effective manner

• Maintain effective internal relationships with our Account Managers

What you'll need:

• Project management experience a plus

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
