Client Support Specialist
Role Description:
As a Client Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing first-touch support to customers via phone and email, creating and maintaining product support resources for our clients and acting as the internal “end user champion.”
We're looking for a highly organized go-getter and problem-solver who wants to delight our customers by delivering accurate and quick assistance while maintaining BenchPrep’s professional client service experience. This candidate should be excited to play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Field support calls and emails from clients and some end-users about platform issues or functionality questions
Create & maintain support resources for clients
Train clients on our software's functionality
Proactively look for ways to improve our product and internal processes in an effort to increase usability and efficiency
Work closely with the product team to test new feature releases and ensure product quality
Work closely with the Client Solutions Manager to ensure overall client and product success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
0-2 years experience in a role that put you in direct contact with customers or clients

Must be a self-starter, self-learner, and have resourcefulness
Should feel brave leaping into the unknown and always be able to ask why
Be comfortable with consistent change - agility is key!
Be a great writer with a keen eye for the nuances of the English language
Love and understanding of technology, whether it be hardware, software, or other emerging technologies.
Possess infinite patience and a desire to turn angry customers into happy ones
