Your Life As a Maven:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace software and hardware compatibility problems and assist our clients in installing applications and programs.
  • Maintain problem status for tickets assigned according to current standards and specifications.
  • Monitor support performance goals with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Working with our clients and vendors to obtain patches, fixes, and product updates.
  • Staying up to date on Google Workspace feature updates.
  • Work with applicable ticketing systems to manage and escalate issues. 

Your Expertise:

  • 2-5 years experience in help desk, technical or application support. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with proactive support of PC, Mac, & Chromebooks based hardware / software and associated utilities.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with cloud-based productivity software, such as Google Workspace or O365.
  • Support background preferred.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field.
