Community Engagement Lead, VTS Rise at VTS

- Work closely with VTS Rise leadership and across multiple departments
- Lead and grow a high caliber Engagement team tasked with property engagement success, go-live effectiveness, events and experiences execution and perks and partnerships offerings
- Support direct reports in the creation of property execution plans and the trading of leading practices
- Design and execute the VTS Rise engagement playbook and dashboards to effectively scale the program
- Track and measure program effectiveness while continually making modifications to capture improvement opportunities
- Take personal responsibility for the success of our highest profile, strategic accounts
- Build strong relationships with property level staff
What Makes You A Great Fit?
- Proven success leading and growing a team
- 4-6+ years in a client success, marketing, property management, community engagement, or event planning role
- High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done
- Strong desire to interact with clients achieve targeted results
- A service-oriented ethos fueled by a positive attitude and social disposition
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid-growth environment.
- Strong organizational skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority efforts simultaneously and successfully
- Meticulous attention to detail and a resourceful problem-solving attitude
