What You'll Bring
Experience working with a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool
Ability to work independently and navigate a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment with the aim of developing solutions
Detail and deadline oriented, flexible to rapid change
Strong analytical, problem solving, planning, project management, strategic thinking, organizational, decision-making and judgment skills, as well as strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management
Ability to perform multiple tasks and determine when to escalate issues
6+ years of practical experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory analysis, inventory of laws/obligations, risk management, audit or program management
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Impact You'll Make
As part of the Enterprise Compliance - Program Management Office, this Consultant position will act as a subject matter expert for several key programs focusing on regulatory compliance and risk management. In this position, you will:
Actively facilitate the development, continuous improvement and strategic implementation of these programs
Develop and leverage key relationships with stakeholders that enable collaboration across the enterprise on new or changed legislative and regulatory requirements
Independently research and recommend to management new or enhanced solutions for the purpose of improving existing or developing new regulatory compliance and risk management processes
Coordinate program projects and identify interdependencies
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
With limited supervision, facilitate the coordination and execution of TransUnion’s integrated regulatory compliance programs to ensure global regulatory requirements and risks impacting the enterprise are identified, analyzed, actions implemented and reported on in a controlled and coordinated manner
Drive program initiatives to improve processes and performance and to identify any redundancies, opportunities for consolidations and best practices, balancing multiple competing priorities
Collaborate and strategize with employees at all levels across the company to ensure global integration and implementation of program activities
Perform business analysis including analyzing current state programs and advise on development of a future state vision along with plans to strategically execute on that vision
Write and revise program documentation such as policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
Design, develop, and prepare monthly and quarterly regulatory change management reports and metrics for management
Develop training materials and train stakeholders on program elements and systems
