The Role
This role will help business teams obtain internal services to support their teams. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, entrepreneurial, ready to grow, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, quickly-changing environment.
What You'll Do

• Managing the contract procurement process
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with outside vendors
• Evaluating existing client templates, processes as well as drafting updated and new agreements relevant to the contract
• Identifying risks and issues within the business teams as well as proposing alternative solutions
• Providing advice to help resolve issues and questions during the contracting process
• Evaluating, monitoring and auditing vendors for applicable regulatory and delivery compliance
• Guiding and leading cross-functional teams involved in the procurement process

Who You Are

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• JD is a plus but not required
• Possess a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving and be able to effectively advise internal business partners by providing them with clear and practical advice
• Strong analytical skills
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter who operates autonomously while being a collaborative team player
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage several projects
• Leading across cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in Google Documents and Microsoft Word
