Could this be you?

As a Corporate Director of Medicare Advantage and Delegated Services Compliance on our team, you will work in partnership with our Vice President of Payors and Affiliates and the Chief Compliance Officer on building, leading and managing the organization’s Medicare advantage and delegated services compliance infrastructure. We are looking for someone who is experienced with this area highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated interest and experience in this area and should possess strong self-starter credentials with excellent writing, communication, and client-relations skills.

How you can make a difference

  • Responsible to organize and lead all Medicare Advantage (MA) and delegated entity compliance activities including each of the 7 elements of compliance
  • Responsible for the reviewing and enhancing program, policies, and procedures and training.
  • The position is also responsible for the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of the Compliance Program including auditing/monitoring operational processes, conducting or overseeing compliance investigations, and ensuring that adequate training takes place under the MA Compliance Program.
  • Provide support and assistance on training including recorded video podcasts as well as written materials and graphic guides
  • Develop a system of robust reporting and briefings to leadership on the compliance program matters
  • Develop innovative ways to communicate effectively with the organization to achieve compliance goals including use of department analytics and matter management

Skills for success

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of CMS requirements and regulations related to Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D operations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations and ensures departmental compliance.
  • Strong collaborative skills, working with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners including state and federal regulators.
  • Ability to effectively present highly complex information and respond to questions from employees and the leadership team.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.

Experience to drive change

  • 5+ years of experience leading Delegated Entity compliance or MA compliance with payor or provider entities
  • Demonstrated expertise with Medicare Advantage compliance and delegated entity compliance and accreditation
