About the position

As a Customer Account Executive you will play a crucial role within Showpad & with our customers. You will be responsible for our customers that have been with us for 12 + months and helping them to identify and facilitate organic license add-ons.

Key responsibilities as a Customer Account Executive at Showpad

  • Working together with our Customer Success team to identify or stimulate new opportunity.
  • Prospecting account based marketing/account based sales methods to expand license footprint and/or upgrade
  • Managing sales cycle of smaller departmental evaluations
  • Facilitate knowledge and relationship transfer to Account Executives to manage large evaluation
  • As the first Upsell Account Executive help to build out the Upsell process and take a lead role in developing scalable/repeatable process as the team grows commensurate to demand with the VP and Director of North America Sales
  • Solution evaluation and alignment

Skills we are looking for:

  • 2+ years working as an Account manager or equivalent
  • Team leader, adaptable and able to work cross-functionally
  • Highly motivated, hard working hunter mentality
  • Accountable for results and goal oriented
  • Ability to act independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience developing or optimizing account management process
