We are currently seeking a detail oriented Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Care team as a full-time employee. The top candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, interest in mobile marketing, and excellent customer service skills and computer skills. The Customer Care Agent will professionally and courteously handle customer service calls in compliance with company policies and directives. This is a full-time opportunity, with the opportunity to work remotely for the right candidate but local to Chicago area is ideal. Primary hours of work will be business hours with the possibility of support for evenings and weekends when coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 fast, friendly and accurate customer, customer success and tech team front line support for program, product and system issues and questions.
- Maintain primary ownership of customer care needs for unexpected and time sensitive incident management, tracking, and resolution.
- Monitor key connectivity systems, platform tools and live event activations to help ensure they are functioning at optimal performance levels.
- Additionally the team functions as support for the Customer Success and Sales teams to address FAQ’s, assist with product training, campaign set-up, reporting, etc.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Recent graduates looking for hands on experience to build mobile marketing expertise
- Must know MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Must be organized, motivated and detail-oriented
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects and work well under deadlines
- Strong communication, project management and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and communicating findings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented
