How you’ll help
Jellyvision is looking to continue growing a team of Customer Development Representatives who are charged with engaging and supporting our growing list of customers. You’ll directly support account managers in our Revenue department, Account Management division. The team’s goal is to take the customer success playbook and develop streamlined touch points that will keep our growing group of customers feeling supported year-round in an engaging and delightful way. With upwards of 150 accounts to manage, effective, high-quality volume management is the name of the game.
What you’ll do
- Call existing customers daily in an effort to identify new growth opportunities and secure contracts and renewals
- Respond to customer questions regarding marketing initiatives, analytics support, and general inquiries
- Create and maintain a stellar organization system
- Initiate marketing outreach campaigns
- Collaborate daily with account managers, providing input on customer strategy and communicating in lockstep with customers
- Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, group inbox system, Office 365, G Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator with proficiency
- Report to designated manager to strategize more effective and creative touch points
Experience & skills you’ll need
- 1-2 years of sales experience who are looking for the opportunity to get in the world of tech sales, or recent college grads interested in account management
- Bonus points if you have business development experience
- Please note that this isn’t a role for senior sales folks
