Primary Responsibilities

The Customer Fulfillment Specialist - INFRA has ownership of customer-specific demand forecast accuracy and resultant outbound fill rate for assigned key account. This role will create and evaluate the account’s statistical forecast and support event-based movement related to promotional activity, new product placement, and increased points of distribution. Additionally, the Customer Fulfillment Specialist will represent the KeHE supply chain organization for the account and facilitate seamless integration between customer and KeHE order management processes & systems.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver and report targeted results for all account-level performance metrics: forecast accuracy, outbound fill rate, promotional execution, inventory turnover, and spoils
  • Partner with the appropriate DC manager or DC Demand Planner to integrate account demand into the overall DC/item forecasted need
  • Monitor and manage promotional demand readiness and account execution
  • Utilize internal data to quickly recognize changes in item-level sales trends to drive a proactive response across the supply chain
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with the account team to review performance to KPI’s, growth opportunities and trends, plans for at-risk inventory, new business/sku offering inventory status
  • Provide data driven insight and actionable feedback to account team regarding quality/accuracy of non-historic sales projections

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or comparable work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support role preferred

Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:

  • Outstanding analytical skills with demonstrated success organizing, analyzing and accurately interpreting large amounts of data required.
  • Proficiency n using Excel, COGNOS, Access and other similar tools required.
  • Forecasting/planning in a high sku, slow movement environment
  • Prior experience using advanced planning systems such as JDA Demand, SAP/APO, Manhattan, etc.
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills. Capable of influencing & educating key account team on supply chain and forecasting success factors
  • Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction and performance to KPI’s
  • Prior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive product environment preferred
