What You'll Bring

Passion and knowledge of digital ecosystems and digital customer experience best practices across desktop, mobile, and tablet

Customer Centric mindset with an engineering mindset. Experience leveraging customer analytic tools (i.e., Voice of the customer, NPS, Opinion Lab, Usability labs, Market Research)

Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and come up with creative solutions to solve problems and overcome hurdles

Solid product management background, with the ability to concurrently manage and assess broad strategies and execute against multiple priorities

Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence, collaborate and communicate across all levels and across lines of business, internal resources and external vendors

We'd love to see:

Comfort operating in a matrix environment and managing ambiguity. Proven track record to drive results rapidly.

Strong analytical skills and track record of decision making in rapidly evolving, often ambiguous and complex situations.

Experience using Agile operating model is a plus

Impact You'll Make

Responsible for managing the activities within the customer journey they are accountable for ensuring a streamlined customer experience. The Journey Owner will be the global subject matter expert for their Journey. They will work across the business and with process owners to define the product roadmap necessary to achieve the desired customer experience which will deliver maximum value while remaining synchronized with the overall operations strategy. He/she will be responsible for the oversight of the execution of projects and change initiatives, including stakeholder management.

Owns the delivery of the journey map, initiatives and features that represent the requirements provided by the business.

Serves as direct representative of the business with process and platform teams, representing and reinforcing the customers' perspective throughout the product realization cycle.

Anticipates blockers, conflicts and obstacles and escalates appropriately to solve.

Manage and communicate tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule.

Work with cross-organizational teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the journey.

Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams

Act as an ambassador for the Journey internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the journey

Contributes to scope and priorities for PI Planning and communicates delivery scope, status and questions back to business.
