This individual should be an energetic, team oriented, and driven individual interested in taking the next step in their career. This position will be on the front lines of day to day customer execution, managing customer relationships over the phone and via email. This position is well suited for organized individuals who possess tremendous attention to detail and drive. With an extensive training and mentorship program, newer team members will quickly become comfortable with the technology used, the transportation industry, grasp how the company grew and cultivate customer relationships, which allows peer to peer coaching. This helps to create the fast paced, fun and dynamic work environment we experience every day.
- Manage the day to day operations of specific account(s) assigned to you
- Learn the ins and outs of how the account operates and identify where there are opportunities to add value / grow our business
- Manage issues and provide solutions internally and externally
- Build and schedule shipments in a timely manner
- Ensure the freight is ready to be sold by our carrier team
- Quote spot business when ready
