Due to rapid business growth , we are seeking several Customer Relationship Specialists to join our all-star Client Relationship Management team. The CRM team is focused on maintaining, servicing, and growing our business within our 1000+ B2B customers. These customers range from fast-growth start-ups - to Fortune100 companies. The CRM team is 100% customer driven with a mission to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and our customers (typically with HR leaders). The team also helps to manage the day-to-day customer needs and identifies opportunities to grow the Envoy Global business.
Our CRS staff, is therefore critical to our CRM team, and overall business success. Our CRS team members are responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of our customers. Attention to detail, fast action, rapid problem-solving, and a 100% customer-first mindset are critical to success in this role. You will work in a collaborative team environment and support our CRM leads across multiple clients and across different industries.

As one of our successful candidates, you will be responsible for:
- Applying your US Immigration Paralegal experience to help to steer customer/client enquiries
- Opening cases for customers, as requested by the CRM team, or legal team(s)
- Becoming an expert at completing client questionnaires, by reviewing past cases and/or documentation
- Running reports as requested by the CRM team and becoming an expert at formatting documents, vlookups, etc.
- Scheduling meetings and attorney calls as needed
- Utilizing our Zendesk software to enter adjustments, as needed
- Proactivly thinking and problem-solving regarding issues or improvements that need to be resolved
- Sharing knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, etc. with the CRM team via relevant, and productive meetings
- Escalating product improvements/issues to the product support team as needed
To be eligible to apply for this role, you must possess the following:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a paralegal within the immigration space - this is essential
- Genuine desire to provide an outstanding customer experience along with the willingness to consistently go above and beyond
- Passion for technology and bringing innovative tech products to new users, along with a quick ability to learn and adopt new technology tools within a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn the many duties of a CRM and then apply the training you have been provided to real case issues
- Intrinsic motivation, and persistence to pro-actively solve customer problems, whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Desire to immerse yourself in learning a new industry and product to become a subject matter expert
