What you get to do:
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service assistance when responding to calls from customers and prospective customers. The Customer Service Representative will provide accurate and up-to-date answers to prospects and customers, while observing all compliance regulations. It is a high volume call center; the Customer Service Representative will keep calm under pressure. This is an entry level role with a career path to a Loan Advocate position within Opploans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to high-volume inbound calls
- Provide accurate and timely responses to potential customers
- Treat all callers with respect and provide a world class customer experience
- Follow all policies, procedures and compliance regulations

- Experience with high-volume customer interactions
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Available to work 4 week days AND one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
