In this job, you will be assisting customers over the phone, through email, and online chat with various questions and requests they may have. You are their guide to our service.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Performing in-bound and out-bound calls to/from customers including, but not limited to answer questions from customers, calling on aging accounts, fulfillment needs
  • Provide exemplary customer service to all customers and caregivers
  • Assist customers with questions on billing, shipping, and technical support
  • Guide customers to wellness by clearly answering all questions and concerns
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED required.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • 2+ years of experience navigating between multiple systems in Windows PC applications
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in Illinois or Iowa
  • Healthcare or Pharmacy experience

  • Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
