Description:
We’re looking for a Tech Support Representative to join our team of iOS and Android engineers, designers, product managers and business executives. You will work directly with the founding team, report to the Director of Customer Success, and collaborate closely with other developers to deliver a world-class experience to our globally growing user base.
As part of the operations team, we’ll engage with customers, improve app architecture, and increase brand awareness. Our top goal is to better user satisfaction and continuously hit every milestone in our product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user questions, act as first line of support for troubleshooting, and maintain support forum
Write support articles and guidelines
Communicate with developers to work on technical issues
Curate feature requests, organize user feedback, and work with the product manager to orient our roadmap
Work with the customer success team to build a well-designed knowledge base
Be a Monument ambassador by building case studies, researching customer needs, and creating shareable content
Requirements:
Interest in customer support and technology startups
Ability to work on-site in our Chicago, IL office on a full-time basis
Readiness to use an array of different tools and databases
Positive mindset with a desire to build the best photo management platform for hobbyists and professional photographers
Must have thick skin and be highly self-motivated, hard-working, and be able to learn on the fly
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
