What does your typical day look like?

A typical day at LogicGate on the sales team is spent managing my pipeline, actively outreaching to find new prospects, taking calls, preparing and delivering demonstrations and laughing about the latest joke shared on slack. Collaboration here is easy as we all support The Team The Team The Team. We openly discuss our goals for the week as well.

Kelley

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

We are constantly seeking to test, learn, and iterate upon ideas to find the best solutions to the challenges we face as a company. We listen intently as a leadership team to each individual in the company - and we appreciate that if we all are aligned on our vision, the best ideas will bubble up to the top.
