Customer Success Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Success Enablement Specialist with experience in coaching and training Customer Success Managers. The Enablement Specialist will be focused on helping the customer success team to operate more efficiently and provide a better and more consistent experience to our customers. This position works cross-functionally to develop and maintain:
-A robust training and continuous education program
-Customer success training tools and documentation
-A knowledge base of templates and best practicesNew team member training content
The ideal candidate will have content and communication development experience or a strong background in sales or customer success training development and delivery. Candidates for this role should feel comfortable working in a collaborative team environment; possess exceptional time management and project planning skills; and thrive on empowering customer-facing teams with the training necessary to have valuable conversations and interactions that drive growth.
As Customer Success Enablement Specialist at ActiveCampaign, you are part of a Customer Success team that is focused on cultivating strong relationships and loyalty with more than 50,000 businesses around the world. What Your Day Could Consist Of:

  • Develop customer success training program that encompasses all areas of training from new hire onboarding to coaching and providing learning materials for existing team members
  • Become a subject matter expert in the ActiveCampaign platform from both; feature and strategy perspective
  • Responsible for understanding the latest business trends in the marketing technology and automation industry, and incorporating those into team trainings
  • Deliver training content that’s engaging and promotes learner retention
  • Responsible for the creation of all training materials, including decks, scripts/role plays, templates, and additional documentationAlign training and continuous education with department metrics and goals
  • Develop quarterly and annual plans to ensure team training needs are being met and new topics/resources/materials are being introduced
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate new product features to the success team, conduct trainings on features, and create team content that helps drive adoption both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve cross-functional training initiatives and processes
  • Champion mentoring and group collaboration to improve and influence results
  • Work with Managers to evaluate individual rep and team performance; determine actions necessary to continue positive growth
  • Act as an available resource and subject matter expert to the team; perform ad hoc training sessions for team members

What Is Needed:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer success training experience or 3 years of sales or customer success experience, preferably with a SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field OR equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills Experience working with project management tools and knowledge sharing solutions
  • Strong project and content management skills with a focus on meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Effective presenter and natural public speaker
  • Passionate about learning and developing others
  • Compelling leader but thrives working in a collaborative team setting
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; remains calm under pressure
  • Problem solver and critical thinker; can make complex topics simple and quickly adoptable
