Client Services

Applying a combined knowledge base in shopper insights, project operations and customer success, InContext’s Client Services team is hyper focused on managing and delivering client projects alongside our Client Development, Business Development and Insights teams.

  • We leverage our best-in-class software (ShopperMX™) to deliver high quality, scalable digital content and insights
  • We enable customers to make confident and informed business decisions that yield an ongoing ROI
  • We utilize deep cross-functional knowledge to cohesively execute customer priorities on time, on budget, and at the highest quality 

THE POSITION

InContext is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurially-minded Customer Success Manager, Client Services to partner with its Fortune 500 Retail and CPG clients (think Kellogg’s, P&G, Walmart, etc.).   This individual will gain an expert understanding of how InContext’s technology and custom research solutions drive ongoing value for its customers.  They will work with clients as if they are a part of their organization, striving to exceed expectations while delivering against a consultative project plan and reporting client health.  This role, as applicable, will be cross-trained to help provide Insights and Operations expertise as needed.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

  • Acts as the main point of contact for training and product support for ShopperMX end users
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with senior members of Sales, Insights/Research, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Analyzes customer experience in all aspects of InContext’s products and services; assesses customer usage to identify strategies and tactics to improve overall software adoption and usage
  • Develops a subject matter expertise to understand the needs of our CPG and Retail clients as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Internally advocates for clients by providing VOC (Voice of Customer) to ensure client needs are communicated and understood throughout the company.
  • Provides seamless ShopperMX demonstrations and trainings for end-users

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 2-3 year’s professional experience delivering client-facing project work
  • Comfortable with SaaS software and other project management tools
  • Top notch organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate between different disciplines and personality types
  • Driven and tenacious with the ability to deliver multiple projects against competing deadlines
  • An openness to coaching, ongoing feedback, and continual improvement
  • An eagerness to contribute to a culture of camaraderie, recognition, and innovation
  • An insatiable curiosity to proactively seek out novel solutions and learn new skills
  • Working knowledge of CPG, Retail and/or Shopper Insights industries is a big plus
