About the Customer Success Manager position at Showpad
As a Customer Success Manager at Showpad, you’ll work with the customer success team on the critical mission to help customers succeed by driving value, delivering top-notch support, challenging the status quo and working out creative solutions to our customers’ problems, every single day.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Success Manager at Showpad
- Manage portfolio of customers, build relationships and demonstrate the value of Showpad
- Build relationships that creates new opportunities and retains customers
- Drive adoption, set goals and success metrics, demonstrates return-on-investment
- Demonstrate the powerful features of Showpad for customers
- Advocate on behalf of customers ensuring that their feedback impacts product development decisions
- Provide training to Showpad users, analyses usage data, survey users, host quarterly meetings to review business progress, present product roadmap via video call or in-person
- Commits to continuous learning and innovation
Required Skills for a Customer Success Manager at Showpad
- 2+ years in a Customer Success role preferably for an enterprise software, service or Software as a Service (SaaS) company
- Account/project management experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in native level English
- Experience communicating to both C-level executives as well as individual contributors
- Demonstrated ability to articulate both high-level strategic benefits as well as practical features
