Customer Success Manager

Classform is looking to hire the first Customer Success Manager to join our small, but growing team. Our Customer Success Manager will spend their time building great relationships with our existing and future customers.  As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibility will be to successfully engage with our customers and prospective customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.  

Classform is a leader in providing software and services that reduce spend and promote STEM initiatives in K-12 schools.  We work very closely with districts and schools, big and small, to support innovative learning environments. Through a free inventory management platform, STEM partnerships and technology buyback program, we help schools create lasting change.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all aspects of maintaining customer happiness
• Work with existing customers to expend our solutions within their school.
• Interact with potential new customers
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers
• Ensure customers are proficient in our software platform.
• Identify growth opportunities by encouraging the adoption of new Classform services.
• Help build positive brand awareness.
• Quickly solve customer issues.
• Help be a creative spark in a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate customer feedback.
• Bring fresh ideas to help do things better at Classform

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Proven track record of interacting with customers
• Experience interfacing and managing high level customer relationships.
• Positive attitude with a contagious work ethic. Creativity and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams.
• Strong writing and verbal skills.
• Must be detailed oriented
• A passion for helping schools
• Ability to commute to our office in the suburbs (North of Chicago)
• Not afraid to bring new ideas
