About the Role
G2 is looking for driven, analytical Customer Success Operations Associate to assist in optimizing and analyzing the day-to-day success of the customer success organization. The position will involve refining processes and working directly with team leadership and individual contributors to drive success. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver.
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track performance
• Build and maintain functionality in Hubspot as well as NPS system to solicit and track customer feedback
• Assist team with use of systems
• Optimize practices and processes across the org
• Collect metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of operations experience
• Logical and analytical with a strong attention to detail
• Proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Process oriented
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with Hubspot
