You can multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve a variety of technical issues, and comfortably navigate a technical environment, while maintaining a superior attention to detail. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time.You have a passion for listening to and helping people one-on-one.You’re not only here to help solve client issues, but also to provide an incredible client experience. What you will be doing
As part of the Customer Success team, you’ll be our clients’ first point of contact and the friendly voice of Purchasing Platform, providing world-class member support.

Experience
- 2 years prior experience in customer support, especially via e-mail and phone.
- Ability to manage multiple applications running at the same time.
- A passion for service focused on both internal and external clients.
- Strong computer skills including Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce.

Tasks Include
- Assist clients via our online chat interface (Olark)
- Answer phone calls for assistance and routing to other departments
- Maintain your individual inbox in Google Suite
- Assist in the maintenance of the team inbox Salesforce & using Salesforce Gmail plug-in
- Process and entering shipping and invoice data.
- Liaise with vendor representatives for item sourcing, confirmation and shipping data.
- Confirm order execution with special order vendors.
- Help clients find products on the site, answer questions about products & the site, help them place an order (by walking them live through the process if necessary)
- Facilitate returns / refunds etc.
- Detail order issues and follow-up within Salesforce
