Customer Success Representative at Chowly Inc.
We are looking for one more driven and capable Customer Success Manager to help launch our Customer Success Department. This is a chance to get in at the ground floor of a fast growth organization where you will be able to carve your own path and accelerate your career. You will work with both the sales and operations teams to on board new restaurant clients and provide the best experience possible for their roll out. What You’ll Do:
• Handle daily client on boarding calls
• Proactively attack roadblocks that may damper the client experience
• Work with a cross-functional team of sales, marketing and operations team at Chowly
• Conduct regular outreach to current clients to assist them with fully realizing the value of our service
• Execute all required tasks on time and with high quality results
• Achieve monthly or quarterly targets related to client experience and traction/retention metrics
• Deepen relationships with our clients as well as POS and Third-Party Delivery Partners
• Become an expert in our technology and processes to assist clients whenever needed
