Mobile Doorman, the leading white-label app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for outstanding Customer Success Specialists to join our growing Customer Success team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, starting with implementation. This is an entry level position with exponential opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing product implementation for multiple clients at a time - from kick off, training, content customization to launch
Serve as a lead point for all client outreach during implementation and beyond
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring clients are engaged with the product and happy with the service
Identify and effectively hand off potential account growth opportunities to sales team for additional penetration
Triaging technical issues related to implementations and providing actionable solutions
Communicate with sales team on account status
Requirements:
2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related or property management is a plus)
Excellent organizational skills
Proven history managing timelines and competing priorities
Property management experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to fit customer needs
Account management experience preferred
Positive attitude, with strong desire to grow and learn
